REGISTERING
- feel free to register with anything as your name; you can change it in your profile once you've joined. but that doesn't mean i want you to go off and change it every bloody day. seriously.

- even though you can change your name via profile, your sign-up name must not be offensive, NOR must the name you choose to change it to. you account will probably be deleted without hassle if i find it offensive.


REQUESTING
- you can only have one request up PER section. so one set request, one site request, and one other request. got it? we get enough requests as it is and just because we allow requests doesn't mean you can't overdo it.

- be sure to use the proper form for each different request board or your request will be ignored.

- you MUST supply images. link the images out! we don't want the board to be stretched, it's icky and annoying.

- don't bother bumping a request if it's still on the first page. if it ends up on the second page, then you can bump, but ONLY if it's on the second page! if i catch you bumping before then you will be warned and your request possibly deleted.

- only tulips, roses, and lilys may fill requests. seedlings must wait to be sorted to fill a request! if we catch seedlings snagging requests their snag will be removed.


GALLERIES
- all new members should post their gallery in the 'seedlings' flower bed! from there a staff member will sort it depending on your graphics skills. you'll either be a tulip or a rose and your name color will change accordingly.

- you can comment in anyone's gallery. so sorry if you don't want comments, we allow them here. unless you have a good reason. if you do comment in someone's gallery it better not be rude or your post will be deleted and you'll be warned [further insultion will result in a ban].

- promotion from a tulip to a rose is up to the staff. if you ask to be promoted, we will probably ignore you and wait forever to even bother thinking of promoting you. we check galleries every two weeks for promotion from tulip to rose, so be patient.

- also, don't worry about stretching the gallery board. it's going to happen, we understand.


POSTING
- spam will get you hated.

- advertising anywhere other than the advertising section will possibly get you banned.

- insulting fellow members will get you banned; especially if it's really bad.


IMAGE GUIDELINES
- no personal images! seriously! this is for your own safety! members will not accept your request if you are using a personal image!

- nudity is not permitted in images.

- signatures that you use on this site must be no larger than 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall. mk? icons are automatically 100x100 or smaller.


FORMS
- if there is a form, USE IT.

- if you request something, or post something, somewhere that requires a form and you don't use the form your post will be ignored point blank.


CHALLENGES
- you're welcome to submit as MANY entires to 'orchard's special challenges'! only because those are usually stuff that'll be used around the site and i have no problem with that.

- however, you can only submit ONE entry for the regular challenges!

- you DO recieve prizes for winning - they'll be little banner-things. please note that each is made separately for every challenge, so give the maker time to make them! you will get them, don't worry.

if you rip us off, plagerism, steal someone's work, and/or claim anything here as your own if it's not yours we will find you and drive you absolutely batty. and then we'll probably report you. so just don't do it.
